I'll share the steps on how you can view JE transaction in your GSTR 3B report. You'll want to access your account using a private browser to check if it's browser-related or not. There are times the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that cause some unusual responses. Here's how.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
After that, check your GSTR 3B report again. If you're able to view the journal entries, you'll want to return to your default browser clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process. Clearing cache will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
