Where can i see combine reports option under quick books? can we quickly consolidate multiple companies.( can see that consolidation is possible under google search)

You can use a BI app to consolidate reports.

I'm here to give you insights on what are the things to do in consolidating multiple companies in QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts.

The ability to consolidate multiple accounts in QuickBooks Online isn't available. You'll want to export and import your data from one file to another to show the files in one.
 

Here's how you can do that:
 

1. In your existing QBO account, click the Gear icon and select Export data.
2. In the Reports tab, select the date range and choose the report you want to export.
3. Click Export to Excel.
4. Then, go to the Lists tab and tap Customers, Employees, and Suppliers, then choose Export to Excel.

Once done, save the data to your computer and import it to your new QBO account. 

To do that:
 

1. Tap the Gear icon, then click Import data.
2. Select the data you want to import.
3. Hit the Browser button and select the file you export.
