We were having issues with the product reports

Hi @userl-langoy,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm can share some steps to help you fix the report issues in QuickBooks.

Issues when running reports usually happen if the browser's stored cache is full. It can cause unusual behavior in the product that will prevent you from accessing them seamlessly.

We can use a private browser to access your QuickBooks and see if you can run reports without any problem. It doesn't use the cache, which stores data that creates browser-related issues.

Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

If the issues are fixed, let's switch back to the regular browser and clear its cache. This helps to restore the default setup of the browser. If private browsing doesn't work, use another supported web engine to get the most secure experience with the program.

In case the problem persists, please let us know. If you can add more details about the issues, we'll be able to get back to you with a much more accurate resolution.

Additionally, I recommend visiting the following article you can use to learn how to make changes to the filters and columns in a report: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome to post any questions you have in this space regarding running reports. I'll be happy to help you some more. Have a good day.
