Problem with report, I can not print, email or export

Did you receive a specific error upon performing those actions? I encourage posting it below so I can lay down the solutions. 

 

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. First, open your QuickBooks company through a private window. The program uses cache and cookies to run faster. But sometimes these files accumulate too much causing unusual behaviors. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If you're able to successfully print, email, or export your reports using this mode,  go back to your main browser and then clear the site data to start over fresh. You may also try switching to other supported web browsers as an alternative.

 

However, if the same thing happens, I recommend contacting our technical supports again. This way, we can check the status of your previous case and investigate this issue.
