As you open the Balance Sheet report, bank accounts always show first before the A/R account. We can do a few troubleshooting steps to get this working correctly again.
- Open a private browser and log in to your account. A private browser doesn't store cache.
- If you can go back to your product categories without an issue, we can clear the cache on your regular browser.
- Other supported browsers can be good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.
