I recognize the importance of having accurate reports for your business, harrrry42-gmail-.
Let's get your transaction report fix by doing some basic troubleshooting steps in your QuickBooks Online. Thus, your report will correct as soon as possible.
All reports will always base on the sources and targets. I'd recommend opening the sales receipts in the Customer Transaction List. Then, make sure the items, names, amounts, and accounts affected are correct. See the sample screenshot below for your reference.
Once confirmed and the issue persists, I'd suggest checking the Audit Log to see all the activities in your company file. This report also shows the changes made and who made them.
Here's how:
For the complete instructions, visit this page: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
If the problem keeps going, I'd advise logging in to your account through incognito. This way, you can check if it's a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
From there, re-check the report to verify if it's already performing accurately. If that works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate previously-stored browsing data. Using another supported browser is a good decision too.
I've also added some articles about customising reports, personalising sales receipts, and creating recurring transactions.
