How can I search the audit log for a deleted entry?

Good to see you here, @netprosync. It's my pleasure to help you locate the deleted transactions in your Audit Log.

You'll want to click the gear icon in your dashboard and click Audit log under the Tools column. Please note once you delete a transaction, there's no way to restore it. Using the Audit Log can help you recover the details of the deleted transaction so you can re-enter it.

First off, let's find the information from the transactions you've deleted by checking out the Audit Log. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then Audit Log.
  2. Select the dates of the deleted transactions from the Filter drop-down menu.
  3. Choose the Show Only these events radio button, tick the Transactions checkbox, and select Deleted/Voided Transactions from the Show drop-down. Hit Apply.

After that, filter the Audit log to show only deleted transactions based on the filters you applied. Locate the deleted transactions in the list and click View.
