I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases regarding this report error. I also tried running the Profit and Loss by Class in my test file and was able to view the data.
Let's do some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve this issue. To start, open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save your browsing history and will also help isolate any web issues.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Next, go to Reports on the left panel. If you're able to view the Profit and Loss by Class without the error, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. It also helps pages to load faster.
Finally, restart your browser to update the settings.
