Hi, I exported the report from the Product List and when I check the qty on hand from the report vs what's on my qbo online, there's a discrepancy. How do I resolve this?

I exported the report by going to Sales > Products & Services > Run Reports. Then I search by going to Sales > Products & Services and typing the product name. The qty on hand from the report and from checking manually do not match.

I actually raised this to the support team already last July 25 and was told that other users were experiencing this discrepancy as well. I have been following up every other day since then and haven't gotten any updates. I have just been repeatedly told that the engineers are looking into it and it has been more than a week since this issue.
