Sometimes, the accumulated Internet data in your browser's cache gets corrupted. This may be the reason why the Category dropdown isn’t available when you're posting your bills. Let’s get this resolved by performing some troubleshooting steps.
First, try to open your QBO account using an incognito or private window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:
Once logged in, check out the dropdown. If it’s available, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps the browser to function efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
