Can we upload bank statements in QuickBooks ?? and what is the step

Let's upload your bank statement in QuickBooks, @sapna1. Thus, you can categorize them right away.

I'll make sure your bank statements are downloaded into your account. That way, you can categorise them in QuickBooks Online (QBO) right away.

In QuickBooks, you can upload your bank statements by attaching them to the transactions or client's profile. Before that, check out this article to know the acceptable file types and transactions that can keep attachments: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

Once confirmed, do the following:

  1. Go to the +New icon on the upper left pane.
  2. Choose the appropriate forms where you want to attach the bank statement.
  3. Click the Attachment box and select the documents in the file.
  4. Complete the necessary details and click Save

In the client's profile:

  1. Go to the Sales or Expenses tab and select Customers or Supplier one at a time.
  2.  In the Customer or Supplier Details, click Attachments
  3. Browse and select the file you want to attach, then select Open.
  4. Select Save

Once done, review your uploaded attachments by going to the Gear icon, then select All list and click Attachments. Refer to the sample screenshot below for your reference:

Feel free to visit this article for a list of acceptable character attachments in QuickBooks: Acceptable characters in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you need anything else with importing bank statements or transactions to QBO. Just tag my name, and I'll get back to you. Have a nice day ahead, sapna1.
