One of the important things that business owners look for is expenses. That said, showing up the expense transactions in the Profit and Loss (P&L) report is my focus here.
Here are some things you can check to ensure the expenses transactions will show in the P&L report:
- The customer must have transaction expenses within the reporting period you choose.
- The Distribution Account should filter it correctly. You can choose All to display all the accounts or Income/Expenses Account for specific transactions.
- Other Accounting methods, Rows/Columns, and Filter fields should customize precisely too.
