Asked support earlier if there was a limit to classes in qbo irl was told classes and locations have a limit of 20 i have just set up 41 classes so what's right ?

Let me share some insights into your concern about the limit to classes and locations in QuickBooks Online.

 

The number of classes you can create in QuickBooks Online (QBO) may vary depending on your subscription. If you're using the QBO Simple Start or Essentials versions, you won't have the option to create classes. However, if you have a QBO Plus subscription, you can create up to 40 combined classes and locations. And if you have a QBO Advanced subscription, there are no limitations on the number of classes you can create.
