'all dates' option when running reports has changed to 'custom dates' - much slower when you have enter a start and end date

Hi there, WillieB.

I tried to open a couple of reports in my QBO and  I can still see the All dates option. Can you tell us what specific report you're looking? This is for us to make sure that we're giving you the right steps and information to sort this out.

Please add a reply below to share more details. We look forward to it.

'all dates' option when running reports has changed to 'custom dates' - much slower when you have enter a start and end date

Hi Jenop2.

I was in Products&Services and was running a report on a stock item. It defaults to 90 days and often I need to go back further than 90 days and I would select 'All Dates'

I have discovered that is had changed to 'Modern View' and the 'All Dates' was missing - once I changed it back to Classic View, the all dates option is there now.

I dont know when the 'Modern View' was implemented but it now seems to default each time to 'modern view'.

I would like to see 'All Dates' added to the 'modern view'.

I must say that I love the fact we can edit menu's on the Left hand side now - I asked for this about 9-12 months ago and great to see it. Well done.
