Hi there, alljoininspeech. Let me explain what happens to your receipts after canceling your subscription and how you can obtain a copy of them.
The system does not automatically back up your receipts after cancellation. Once you decide to end your QuickBooks subscription, you'll still have read-only access to your data.
You don't have to download your receipts individually, as you can export them all at once. I recommend doing this process before ending your subscription.
Here's how you can do it:
- Go to the Transactions menu, then select Receipts.
- Click the Export icon and save it in your local folder.
