Search with conditions

How could I search with certain conditions. For example, in the picture - I'd like to search all invoices that show 8/**/2022, regardless of the specified day. Versus going date by date (8/01/2022, 8/02/2022, 8/03/2022...)

Search with conditions

It's a pleasure to have you here, @Nancyy.

QuickBooks Online makes finding transactions quick and easy with the search function. We can utilize the Magnifying glass to search transactions with a certain condition.

To proceed, here's what you need do to:

  1. Click the Magnifying Glass.
  2. Enter the date, amount, or transaction number you’re looking for, then choose the desired transaction.
  3. If the transaction does not appear on the results list, click Advanced Search.
  4. Adjust the filters to find the type of data you want. For example, utilize the following filters to locate all transactions from the past 30 days with a value of $100.
    1. Change Reference no. to Last Modified Date.
    2. Alter Today to Past 30 Days.
    3. Click Search. This should give you a list of transactions that meet your filter criteria.
    4. Narrow the list by changing Last Modified Date to Amount. Choose Equals from the second ▼ drop-down menu, then type 100.
    5. Select Add Filter.
