No transaction download

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @foodport-my-gmai. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to see your bank transaction in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Follow along below to get this done right away. 

 

When you notice that there are no transactions downloaded in your account, the initial step to fix this is by manually updating your bank. This will help refresh the connection so QBO will start to get the entries again. Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Bookkeeping menu.
  2. Next, select Transactions and click Banking.
  3. Then, click the Update button.

 

If the same thing happens, I recommend checking your bank or credit card's website. This is to verify if there are any issues or messages that need immediate action. 

 

If this is not the case, I suggest reviewing your bank account info in QBO and ensuring that match the details on your bank's website. This may be the reason why you can't see transactions.

You'll also want to upload your bank transactions manually in QBO. This process is easy as long as the entries are in CSV file format. 

 

Once everything is fine, you'll now need to categorise and match the transactions to ensure they are allocated to the correct account in your file.
