Hi there.

I appreciate you sharing your concerns in detail. Let me address your issues one by one.

First, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app for a fresh start, as this often resolves errors caused by updates. Additionally, you can check your records by logging into your account using a web browser

The "Taxable tick cannot be removed" error is usually caused by existing linked taxable transactions, which may be affected by recent system updates.

To invoice products by quantity instead of hourly or fixed fee, set up your items as inventory with quantity tracking enabled in QuickBooks Online. This can only be done through the web version by following specific configuration steps.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Under Lists, select Product and services.
  3. Click the drop-down menu in the Item type.
  4. Choose an Inventory item.
  5. Add initial quantity, As of date, and reorder point.
  6. Select the Inventory Asset account.
  7. Then, Save and close.
