If you're referring to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Desktop app, please know that this is no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. You can refer to this link for more details: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/apps/
Otherwise, if you're referring to the QBO mobile app, then scanning receipts and bill accessibility may depend on the region. It is currently available in selected regions like the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc. If you have a different version, I recommend looking for a third-party app that will allow you to scan receipts and bills.
