I'm here to work with you and help you fix the error with the mileage tracking.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mileage tracker feature is available in the major regions (US or UK, for example).
If you've integrated a mileage tracking app, you might want to check with the developers to see they're having an issue in their end.
In the meantime, let's check to see if this is related to a problem with your browser. A full or corrupted cache storage can cause issues in some QBO pages (mileage tracking).
To start off, use an incognito or a private browser. This is good way to rule out any cache issue on the webpage.
Here are the shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to fix. Close and reopen it afterwards to complete the process.
You can also use a different supported browser instead of clearing the cache. The updated versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari would work.
