I understand the convenience of syncing your data from the QBO online and QBO app. I’ve got some troubleshooting steps here so you can work continuously without interruptions.
Before proceeding, I’d like to know if you're referring to reports or lists. Any additional info will help me provide a timely resolution. Please also note that when you delete customers in QuickBooks, the transactions associated with them remain in your company data reports. This way, keep track of the names associated with the sales transactions recorded.
The cache data that is stored in your device affects the app’s performance. To isolate this, I recommend clearing it, as this helps refresh the app. To proceed, follow the steps below:

After that, check your customers and vendors again. If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application. To do so, refer to this page: QuickBooks Mobile App.
