I am a QBO admin. Can I create a new user, his password and communicate the details to the person?

Hello,

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!

 

In order to create a new user from scratch, you will also need to create a new email ID for them. If that person is okay with that, you can go ahead and later communicate their credentials (email and QBO) to them.
