How can I talk to support?

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. Please know that currently, there isn't phone support or an option to directly talk to our support in the International version of QuickBooks. However, I'll ensure you'll be pointed to the right team to discuss any concerns you might have about reconciliation in QuickBooks. Before that, may I ask what specific matter you want assistance with? I'm always around to help with any QuickBooks issues you may be having.

I recommend going to the Help icon and you have the option to choose a way to connect with us via Start a chat so you can chat with our support directly from there. Please keep in mind that they're open 24 hours GMT M-F.

Here's how:

1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
2. Type in "Contact Support."
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
5. Click the Contact Support Team link
6. Choose Start a chat.
