hi there is there any way we can directly get support team to call

its urgent and in regards to system and LHDN or else we might need to change to other accounting systems

Before we begin, could you please specify any questions you have regarding the system and LHDN? Our Community team is here and ready to assist you. We can answer general questions about QuickBooks.

 

To contact our live expert support directly, click on the (?) Help icon in the upper-right corner of the page. Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the (?) Help icon.
  3. Enter your concern and click Contact Us.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a Chat with our live expert.
    • Get a Callback from our live expert.


Please be informed of our support hours:

 

  • Phone support is available on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM AEDT.
  • You can start a Chat with a support expert on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM AEDT and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEDT.
