I'm here to share details about adding details to your sales forms.
I understand that you need to add your Terms and conditions into the estimate. Please note that QuickBooks Online has a maximum number of characters you can enter in each field.
For example, you can enter 400 characters in the footer field, 4000 characters in the email and message field. Please refer to our QuickBooks Online file size and feature limits for more details.
What I can suggest if you can't cut the terms and conditions is to save it as a PDF file. Then, you can attach and manually send it to your clients through email.
