Copy selective items from a in progress estimate to purchase order

It's a pleasure to have you in the Community today. I'm here, and I'll share some insights about copying items from your estimate to your purchase order in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When copying items from estimates to purchase order, the option to select specific items is currently unavailable. QuickBooks will only copy items listed in the estimate to your purchase order. However, you can delete those you don't want to include in your purchase orders.

What I can do is I can help you send a feature request to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll see your suggestions and consider adding them to future product updates. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Under Profile column, select Feedback.
  4. Enter a brief description of your feature request.
  5. Once done, click Send.

In addition, I've got you this article to help you track the items that you've sold in your QBO account: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online.

You can also check this page in case you'd like to customise your sales forms to match your business in QBO: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

As always, you can get back to me anytime if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns or if you need help performing specific tasks in QuickBooks. I'll be right here and will assist you again. Take care, and have a nice day.
