Converting quote to invoice missing a banking detail

It's good to see you here in the Community, @Shane1407.

I want to make sure the bank details on the converted invoice will show the correct info.

To show correct information on the invoice, please ensure to select the right custom form style. You can also make it as a default in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the style you want to use.
  3. Beside the Edit option, click on the drop-down arrow.
  4. Select Make default.

After that, go to the invoice you created and make sure that the custom form style is applied.

  1. Click on the Sales menu.
  2. Go to the All Sales tab.
  3. Click on the drop-down in the Action column, then hit View/Edit.
  4. From the bottom, click Customise.
  5. Check if you applied the right style.
  6. To verify if all information is correct (including the payment details), click on Print or Preview.
  7. Once verified, hit Close then click Save or Save and send.
