Thank you for bringing this to our attention, @Kabvice. The issue you’re encountering, where the process stops mid-way and redirects you to the products page, could be due to a temporary technical issue with your browser while setting up QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
- Clear your browser’s cache: Clearing the cache removes outdated browser data that could interfere with QuickBooks Online functionality.
- Use a different supported browser: Switching to another supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, helps address browser-specific issues and ensures compatibility.
After completing these steps, log in to QBO again using your existing credentials to continue setting up your new company.
However, if you’re creating a new account on the QBO login page, please note that the system will redirect you to the products page to choose a new plan. This is normal in QuickBooks Online (QBO), as each company file requires its own paid plan, even if you’re using the same login credentials.
