The spanish version does not show ADVANCE option in the settings

Adavance option not shown

Good day, and welcome to the Community, mario1112.

 

I replicated this and was able to access the Advanced option through the Account and Settings tab. However, if you change the language settings to Spanish, it will remove the Advanced option.

 

If you didn't make any changes and the Advanced option isn't showing, we can perform troubleshooting to check and fix any cache-related issues. To start, log in to your QBO account using a private browser.

 

Use the keyboard shortcut below depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

if you're able to access the Advanced settings, you can go back to your regular browsing window and clear its cache. You can also use other supported browsers for the best experience.
