You can follow the simple steps below or check this link: Renew my account subscription.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Your Account or Account and settings.
- From the Billing & Subscription tab, click Subscribe or Renew.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to update the billing info.
If you still need help, you can reach out to our Support Team within the product.
- Click the Help button and select Contact Us.
- Enter the word "Renewal" in the question field, then tap Search.
- Choose a way to connect with them.
