Is it possible to pause my QBO subscription and move it to another billing period? Say, after a month?
I want to resume when the new interface will be fully rolled out. One of QBO's team member had answered in the community that the rollout will complete by end of September. I would like to pause my subscription until then.
Is it possible to pause my QBO subscription and move it to another billing period? Say, after a month?
I checked, and I could not find any official feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) that allows you to pause the subscription in the way you’re describing (i.e. freeze billing for a month and then resume) while keeping full access to everything.
