I'm getting We encountered an unexpected error Go back to try again. (590). Waiting out doesn't work, its been 2 months

I'm unable to reconcile bank data the connection stopped working. Did anyone deal with this before? How did you solve it?

Error code 590 indicates that QuickBooks Online was unable to establish a connection to your bank account due to an unexpected issue on the banking side.

 

Since this has been going on for two months now, I highly suggest contacting our Live Support Expert team for further assistance with this matter. They have specialized tools that allow them to look directly at your account and can even conduct a screenshare session to help diagnose the problem.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. From the Search tab, select any article.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Pick a topic or enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions into your QuickBooks Online account so you can continue reconciling your transactions and stay caught up while the connection is being fixed.
