If you're still experiencing banking error 101 after 72 hours of performing the recommendations above, we recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team to report and document this incident. Simply sign in to your company file, then select the Help (?) icon in the top right corner of the platform, and in the Search tab, click Contact Us.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.
