Hi there, @userlewistasheca.

We're able to reclassify transactions in batch with QuickBooks Online Accountant. All you need to do is use the Reclassify transactions feature from the Accountant Tools. I'm here to share with you how.

  1. Open your client’s QuickBooks Online company, then go to the Accountant Tools (briefcaseicon and select Reclassify Transactions.
  2. From the Account types drop-down menu, select Profit and Loss to see income and expense accounts. Or select Balance Sheet to see your asset, liability, and equity accounts.
  3. From the Account list, select the account with the transactions you want to change.
  4. Use these filters:
    • Type: Filter by transaction type.
    • Class: Filter by transactions under a Class or no class. If it’s not available, turn on class tracking.
    • Customer/vendor: Filter for a specific customer or vendor.
    • Modify: Filter by transactions that you can modify.
  1. Click Find Transactions.
  2. Select the box for each transaction you want to change. Then pick Reclassify.
  3. Choose a new account to move the transactions to or a new class from the drop-downs.
  4. When you’re ready, select Apply.

To learn more about what transactions you can and can't reclassify, feel free to read the details from this article: Reclassify or move multiple transactions at once.

If you don't have an accountant version of QuickBooks, you can invite one to perform the actions. Here's how: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online.
