First, please check your bank’s website for any maintenance alerts that might be preventing the application from automatically downloading your transactions.
Once you are logged in to your bank’s website, look for any updates, messages, or notifications that may require your attention. Examples include:
- New terms of service
- Maintenance or site change announcements
- New offers
If you don’t see any alerts, we can manually update to get the latest transactions. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the Transactions menu.
- Select Bank Transactions.
- Click the Update button to refresh the transactions.
