To clarify, when you mention itemized transactions by customer, are you referring to filtering transactions by customer name on the Sales transactions page in the QuickBooks Online web version?
If that's the case, you can perform a similar action in the mobile app. However, the All Sales section in the app doesn't allow you to filter by customer. Instead, you can go to the Estimates or Invoices sections, where you can group your transactions by customer names in alphabetical order.

Once done, you can now view your customers' names in alphabetical order with their transactions.
