Please note that one possible reason for the error you’re receiving is that the date entered on the invoice does not match the expected format. To verify or update your date format, please follow these steps:
After following the steps and still being unable to send, let’s try a simple yet effective step that helps resolve unexpected issues, click the circular arrow icon found at the top of your screen to refresh your QuickBooks Online (QBO) session.

To verify or update your date format, please follow these steps: Click the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings. Go to the Advanced tab, scroll down to find Other Preferences. Select the Pencil icon to make changes. From the Date Format dropdown, pick the option that suits you best. After selecting, click Save, then Done to apply the changes.
