My bank details are not showing up on my invoices once they have been sent?

I have saved them so they are meant to be on the invoice.

My bank details are not showing up on my invoices once they have been sent?

When setting up bank details on the invoice template, ensure that the correct invoice template is selected before sending it to your customer, mikewillock.


Here's how we can review and confirm that the correct invoice template with the bank details is being used:

 

  1. Open the invoice and click on the :gear: Manage option.
  2. Navigate to the Design section and choose your preferred invoice template under Other templates.
  3. Click Review and send, then confirm by selecting Yes.
  4. Double-check the bank details, and once everything looks accurate, click Send invoice.
