You can also mark the invoice as paid directly through the app, samm.
If you're using an Android and can't see the option to mark the invoice as paid, I suggest refreshing your app's data. It will help load all the available options for your invoice.
Here's how:
- Open the Home menu, or tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
If you're using iOS, I recommend contacting our Live Support team during their available hours for assistance with the Mark as Paid option.

- Tap the Menu icon, then select the Help (?) icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose Articles and Support.
- Scroll down and select Contact Us.
- Have a brief description of your concern, then tap Continue.
- Pick either Schedule Appointment or Have Us Call You for support.
