Welcome to the Community, Victor.
You can customize your invoice to be in English by setting up your customer's language preference.
Here's how:
1. Go to Customer and Leads and select the name of the customer you want to send a translated invoice to.
2. Click Edit in the upper right side of your customer's profile, then scroll down to locate the Payments section.
3. From the Language to use when you send invoices dropdown, select English.
4. Once done, hit Save.
Once you're settled, you can now generate or send an invoice using the language you've changed.
I've also included this article in case you want to record or deal with foreign transactions easily without worrying about exchange rate conversions: Set up and Use Multicurrency in QBO.
