Thank you for reaching the Community, info1685.

I'd like to help and make sure to address your concern.

When you create bank rules in QuickBooks Online (QBO), make sure that the conditions you've set up are specific to the entries that needs to be categorise. This way, the bank transactions will be matched to the entry in QuickBooks.

However, if the rules still doesn't apply to the transactions, I recommend deleting and recreating the bank rules.

Like this:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Transactions/Banking from the left menu, then select Rules.
  3. Find the created rules, then click the drop-down beside Edit and choose Delete.
  4. Once done, hit Yes to confirm.
