Yes, you can import sub-accounts in QuickBooks Online. I'm here to share more information about it.

 

When importing (CSV) the accounts, ensure to add the sub-level account under the Account Name column. See the sample format below:

 

 

Once you're ready, follow these steps to start the import process:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Import Data.
  2. Choose Chart of Accounts, and then Browse.
  3. Then, find and select the spreadsheet you saved.
  4. Select Next.
