Currently, you're unable to directly migrate QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) data to QuickBooks Online (QBO) International, as this option is only available for the US, UK, and Canada versions. Also, migration requires both QBDT and QBO accounts to be within the same country or region, and QBDT isn’t offered in the International version.
With this, you'll need to manually export your QBDT data files. After that, you can follow the steps indicated in each article below:
