I recently subscribed to QB Online in order to upgrade from our QB Desktop Premier 2019 US Version. During subscription process for QB Online, I selected the german flag. I just learned that I then have an QB Online International account. So far so good.
I now did the export from QB Desktop to QB Online and wanted to get the company file into my QB Online subscription I just did. The export in general worked fine, however I have now a severe issue as it looks like I have two companies now:
My question now is, How can we apply the subscription of first company into the second company to not be billed twice?
I would like to just do the export from Desktop to Online again, however, in this process I cannot select the file of QB Online company 1 where I have the subscription, but can only replace QB Online Company 2 with my QB Desktop data. But here I have now subscription.
What can i do now?
I already replied your post. You may have 2 options:
1. Migrate to QBO EU version for Germany. Utilize a 3rd party migration tool.
2. Migrate to QBO US version. If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
