The ProAdvisor designation is a specific to QBOA accounts in the United States. It indicates successful completion of certifications exclusive to U.S.-based accountants. Meanwhile, the Training designation applies to Global QBOA accounts (outside the U.S.). It reflects access to QuickBooks training programs designed for accountants in non-U.S. regions.
If you are based in the United States but your account is showing Training instead of ProAdvisor, it's possible that your account is set to a Global region. To resolve this, you will need to contact QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support to update your account.
