Hey

 

i’m a new user and i signed up and paid the subscription but when i tried to login it says this : We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly.

 

i attached the photo, please help

Let's review your account status to confirm that the subscription payment has been processed successfully, and that your account is active.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the accounts.intuit.com.
  2. Sign in with your accurate log in credentials.
  3. Click the Products and billing.
  4. Select your subscription to see if it's active or not.
  5. You can also select View payment history to show your billing history of the last 6 months’ bills.

 

If your account shows as active, try logging into QuickBooks Online using a private or incognito browser to determine if the issue is browser-related. 

 

If your account appears to be inactive, I recommend you contact our Live Support team to assist you further in checking your account and identify the root cause of the issue.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help panel.
  2. Use the Search tab to type in your concern.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback to get connected with an expert.
