If you purchased an annual subscription for QuickBooks Online, and it’s within 60 days of the purchase date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
If your QuickBooks subscription was purchased through a mobile app store such as Google Play or Apple’s App Store, refund requests must be made directly through those platforms.

Please note that QuickBooks Desktop is only available in the United States and Canada. However, if you’re located outside these regions, you can still purchase and use QuickBooks Desktop by obtaining the US or Canadian versions.
