Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, jelsayeducatonal. Let's perform steps so you may keep listening to Module 1 without interruption.

When you having trouble in training courses or listening to a self-paced module for Accountant certification, you'll need to set up your web browser. This way, you can launch the module accurately.

To start with, I suggest listening to the module in a different web browser. The original one may not work well with our training systems. You can open this article to see what best browser to use for the best experience: System requirements for QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant.

If the issue persists, you have to check your pop-up blocker. If your web browser is set to block pop-ups, it can also block training courses and exams. You can click on this article on how to perform the process and follow the steps based on the browser you're using: Fix issues when starting ProAdvisor and certification training. Please know that this article is for UK QuickBooks users but you can still use this as your reference.

Lastly, I'm including this article if you need help adding clients to your firm so you have their information and do their bookkeeping more easily: Add clients to QuickBooks Online Accountant.

If you still have concerns related to QBOA training, don't hesitate to add a comment below. I'm always here to help, jelsayeducatonal. Have a great day!
