If you're planning to move your data from a lower version of QBO to a higher version (or vice versa), you can simply upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under the PROFILE column, select Subscriptions and billing.
- From your current subscription section, choose Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan option.
- Click Choose plan for your preferred subscription.
