Actually I have the answer for that.  According to Quick Books all you have to do is spend about 1-2 hours on the phone with them each and every time and they will fix it.  The great news is our clients are always looking for ways for us to charge them more time for CRAP.  So it is a win win scenario, especially during tax season because we are so bored.
